EXPEDITION LODGE - MOAB

I love it when a building owner or client gives you full creative freedom.

I have been working on more fluid landscape shapes in my work and needed a large project to work those ideas out.

Kristin Luna and Scott Van Velsor (DMA events) have been advocating for murals and street art in smaller towns outside of Nashville, TN to help show the importance of public art and revitalize some areas in need. This piece was a study in landscapes, geological elements and with a pop of color being the heart of the city.

Thanks to them this mural came to realization in downtown Tullahoma, TN USA.

Expedition Lodge in Moab invited me out to add a simple and fun abstract landscape piece with elements of the main landmarks in the area as part of a full renovation of the property.

Main piece on Expedition Lodge wall: 6ft x 38ft spray paint on stucco

The same owners also had a food truck park where they needed a handful of sheds brought to life.
